Our forums are officially going up as of today, so sign up, make an intro thread and start posting. Now our site is still very new so don't be afraid not to post! Our site comes with its own chat so come visit us sometime. Also, us Admins / Mods are pretty lenient, and we'll let you get away with certain things most sites won't.

You have profiles, so you can add friends or foe friends. However I should warn you that if you foe someone they will be blocked from sending you messages as well. You can write on all of your friends walls and send them messages. ;D 

We have tons of categories and if we are lacking some or have too many we'll delete or add as we go. We'd love your input as well so don't be afraid to ask for anything. We have a debate zone area that allows members to say whatever freely as long as it doesn't get TOO bad. We don't mind a little drama, but won't tolerate cyber bullying or racism.

We're going to be having events and contests soon so be sure not to miss out on them! One of the contests we're currently setting up is giving away Lockwood Gift items so look out for that soon via our Twitter, Facebook or this blog on how to enter.   Again, let us know anything we need or have too much of. 

Tunrtable.fm is a social site where you can play your music for friends and chat, so when Viz suggested I should make one for PlayStation Homies I was like, "Sure, why not?" I honestly had no idea what turntable was, but fell in love with it. Before I go on I should warn you this is for U.S. ONLY.

There are 5 DJ Spots and you can play music if you are the DJ. You earn points when you're a DJ as well to unlock costumes. If you're a listener you can "lame" or "Awesome" the song. If someone gets enough "Lames" then the song skips and the DJ gets no points. If you "Awesome" a song the DJ gets 1 point and your little characters head bobs with the music. 

Anyway, I think this is perfect for our site and Home. Honestly, you won't see how fun this is until you sign up, so sign up and join us. Lastly, I started posting rewards from apartments, but I need to stop until I get the rest of these posts in order. All of our apartment tours are gonna be in slideshow form from now on. LittleBigPlanet Karting BETA

I can't even tell you how excited I was when I got this. :) So far it's proven to be amazing, but it has some quirks. Like you can't join friends online normally. The only way you can join friends is by playing the first level on the story level. From there you have to vote for a different level in order to stay connected. It freezes and does what LBP2 did when it first launched -- gets stuck on the loading screen. I didn't try the turning off controller trick though. The controls for me are fine when I play a story level, but when I play in the community levels, they lag!

The good thing about it? It is a lot like Mario Kart in a great way. You have VS mode, a rocket that can shoot the person in 1st, bombs etc. The only real difference is people being able to create their own maps and if you play LBP you've seen some of the amazing levels people have put out there.  

 

I did take pictures and the camera is a little different. I'm not sure if they're leaving that in there or not. To access it just hit start and you'll see the icon. It takes you this 3D-type screen which LBP doesn't do. It's cool at first, but then it becomes hard to take pictures. Hopefully they do fix that. 

The music on LBP always amazes me, they just have this way of picking amazing music and this game is no exception. They used Anamanaguchi this time around and I almost died when I heard the airbrushed remix. *-*   Totally had to post this because I love the art work even if there are boobs on it. Bwaha.

I think this game is gonna be my new addiction and it's also what PlayStation needed even if they are ripping off Nintendo, haha.

✧ Overall: I love the Greece Santorini place to this very day. There's just something about it that I love. It feels very home-like and cozy. LOL, I'm suddenly aware of how corny that sound and it's super cheap!

Intermission; Brainstorming!

Recently I've had the idea to take this blog deeper into the PlayStation Home community. I am now about to run this blog with 2 friends of mine and we're currently working on other things along with my boyfriend. Our goal is to fill what seems to be missing in the PSH community.

Well I've done well taking pictures of places on my own, I feel it's an amazing opportunity to spend time with my friends and get to know the community a little better. So stayed tuned everyone 'cause things are happening. :)

Apartment; Lakeside Log Cabin

✧ Rooms: 2 decently sized rooms separate from each others and a deck.
✧ Games: None.

✧ Overall: I like how cheap this place is, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the two rooms look almost exactly the same. If you're looking for a great deal for a nice space other than your Habour then I'd definitely recommend this one. :)

✧ Overall: I like this house, but it's not my fave. I love the downstairs and the kitchen, it's the upstairs I feel they failed at. I might start doing a rating system for these places.

Intermission; Sons Of Anarchy

I made this for my old tumblr so that's why it's watermarked with "playstations"

Lately I've been missing SOA so I started streaming it on Netflix again. This show is amazing and in case you've been living under a rock I'll tell you what I love about it. This show isn't afraid to kill people off and has that rare ability to keep the show amazing without those characters. I can't even tell you how often this show has shocked the hell out of me. Or how I was literally stunned at some of the things they've done.

Katey Sagal is one of my favorite actresses. At first I thought it would be hard to get passed her Peggy Bundy image since I am a 90's kid and all, but she's done a wonderful job as Gemma Teller. There were times where I have hated her character, haha. Her husband (her real husband; Kurt Sutter) is also the director or producer, I forget. You can hear Katey singing on the show. Not like ON, ON the show, but when they start up the music for a dramatic end scene, or beginning you'll notice it's her. And boy, does that woman have some pipes on her!

If you're bored on Netflix check out this show. You will not be disappointed. I didn't think I'd like this show because it's bikers and I'm not into that, but it's one of the few shows I watch that is currently on-air.  The new season (season 5) starts in September and check out the teaser trailer here.

Intermission; Breaking Bad Season 5!

Anyone else as excited as I am? Haha. I am a little sad though, since there will be no more after this. All I'll have left to look forward to is The Walking Dead and Sons of Anarchy, but I can deal with that. :)

Fat Princess & LittleBigKarting Beta sign up!

If you don't know I'm a huge fan of the game Fat Princess. I've put thousands of hours into this game and have been playing a few months after it's launch in '09. While it seems there is no hope or future for a FP2, I still love this game. 

Anyway, this weekend my (not mine, mine) fellow clan members and I teamed up with another clan Atomic Titans + Broccoli Crew [ABC] and faced 2 other clans; SNK (Snackers) + Enders (Pretty Hat Machine) [PSM]. These were amazing games and I'm so happy to be a part of them. I love the Fat Princess community. These are the matches we all love to have. :)

First off I have to thank my best friend Rice for letting me do this in her apartment. The Plum Tree Pavilion apartment is beautiful.

✧ Overall: This place is beautiful and totally affordable. It's a nice place to just go look at the scenery and chat with friends.

Apartment; My Private Hideaway

✧ Rooms: 2 rooms; 1 when you first arrive, 1 upstairs & a lovely view from the roof.
✧ Games: A game you play at Southern Island Hideaway that you can't play otherwise. 
✧ Rewards: None
✧ Extras: None.
✧ Overall: My Private Hideaway is the Southern Island Hideaway's personal space that actually allows you be in the Southern Island playing a game that you can't play without the apartment. It's also how people are getting on the roof of the store house in Southern Island. They said that they'll also be adding more to it in the future. It's a decent space that has it's perks and isn't badly priced, but I don't feel it's worth the extra dollar right now.
