We have a rating system. We ourselves judge the apartments. It isn't based on user rating, but solely our own opinions.

Price:The price of the apartment.
Rating: Our rating. Ex:★★★★☆ = 4/5 stars
Rooms: All the rooms in the apartment and how many.
Games: If there are any games that come with this space we'll tell you here.
Rewards: If there are any rewards you get and if you can give gifts to your friends for visiting.
Extras: Any extras like if buying the space gives you an outfit.
