Public Space; Burn Zombie Burn

As promised the Burn Zombie Burn spot on Home. I love this place. It's been my favorite forever and truth is there's really nothing that special about it. If you go straight ahead (into the house), is a video of Burn Zombie Burn. If you continue to the left there's a maze. Make it through the maze and you end up here:

Also you can end up in the jail in back of my by glitching on a tree. 

But that's all you can really do there, haha. So again, I don't know why I love this place so much.

Playstation Home; VIP & Hotel Room

As promised I did not forget the VIP or Hotel room. I don't know much about the VIP room other than it's $4.99 and you play high stake games to earn rewards faster.  

Now if you notice to the left of the VIP room is an elevator. If you hit x it'll take you to your hotel space that they give you free just for going to the Casino. Here are pictures taken by me:

One thing about the room is that it's forever changing and I don't know why. Originally it didn't have those black marks & there was a time where the room was flooded. I'll show you below.

Public Space; The Casino

I love the Casino and I'm not really sure why. I don't gamble, but on Home it's so fun to. Maybe it's the free Hotel Room you get (and I did not forget it. I am doing right after this post). Maybe it's because you get 100 chips weekly just for showing up. Nothing like free fake money to gamble with, haha. Now you can pay for chips if you choose to, but like I said show up once a week and you get free chips. Here are the prices for chips that cost REAL money: 

• $0.99 for 500 Chips
• $4.99 for 5,000 Chips
• $9.99 for 15,000 Chips 
• $19.99 for 40,000 Chips

Once on the floor to your left is Keno. Pretty popular.

On your right is Casino War which usually has some people.

Further up are some slots and a lounge. 

Now there are places that you must download separately. They're not big so don't worry, it goes by fast.

To the right of the slots is Texas Hold 'Em Poker

Straight ahead is Blackjack.

Playstation Plus

I decided to give Playstation Plus another chance so I went ahead and bought 3 months for  $17. I should have went with the one month and then upgraded to a full year, but whatever, hahah.
 

Let's just get started with a simple question, what is Playstation Plus? Playstation Plus allows you to download games for free. It gives you free game trials (right now there's a 60 minute Mass Effect 3 game trial among others), you get the option to save your games on a cloud as opposed to on your PS3 and you get games at a discount. I'm not sure what percentage or even if there is a specific percentage on the discount prices.
 

So overall is Playstation Plus worth it? Yes it is. The free games are fun games and discounts are great and the game trials are a huge plus. The cloud is great, but could be bigger. Also, the cloud is good if you're switching out PS3's. Instead of using a USB hard drive I used my cloud to transfer all my games saves. It worked out great.
 

Anyway, if you have the extra cash check it out. You won't be disappointed. :)

Edit:  I forgot to add any free games you do from PS+ for free will no longer be there. Honestly, once you have it, you won't want to get rid of it though. :)

How to: PS3 Skin

This is my new PS3. :)
 

In an earlier post I had told you all that I would tell you how I made my Hello Kitty PS3 so here's  a couple of ways to do it.

Find a laptop skin. Click here for the Hello Kitty one I used on my old one. Now depending on the size of your PS3, cut to fit the PS3 and you're set. For the fatter PS3's use a bigger laptop skin. I used 15.6 for the fat one and use a 13" or 12" for your slim model. I highly recommend doing something with a black background  if you're using this method because it just looks more authentic.

As for how I did my new skin? I cheated in a way, haha. I actually custom made it using Skin It. It IS more costly than doing it yourself, but this covers the entire PS3 and no, it doesn't cover where it breathes from. You can upload any design you wish and they'll create it for you. You don't have to consistent with the design like I was. You get to design every side of the skin so get creative everyone. I'd love to see what you come up with. :)
